Art Competition for Mental Health Awareness Week

19th May 21

During Mental Health Awareness Week, our Art Department ran an Art Competition where they asked our students to submit a piece of work created in any media. It could be a photo, drawing, painting or digital piece with the theme of Nature. We had some amazing submissions which really celebrated our Hallifordian value of creativity.

The Art Department would like to acknowledge the following entries:

The photo best linked to the competition theme is Jakob H in 8W.

The best digitally manipulated entry was submitted by William F in 8W.

The best fine art entry was submitted by Hugo C in 7G.

This was a superb initiative to help raise awareness of mental health and the importance of getting out into nature. It was brilliant to see so many students submit entries and get involved.
