Fees

School Fees are payable in full on, or before, the first day of every term. The fees cover the normal curriculum together with most books and stationery. Public examination costs, however, are dependent upon the subject taken; consequently, they are invoiced as additional items which must be paid for.

The school also offers a number of optional extras; School Trips, School Lunches, School Bus Service, Fees Refund Scheme, AXA PPP Healthcare Scheme and PTA Subscription. Where a parent agrees to one or more of these extras being taken they will be charged as additional items on the termly invoice. School trips are charged for separately using online payment system ParentPay, and Music Tuition (Instruments and Voice) is invoiced directly from the music teacher. Personal Accident and Dental Insurance is included in the fees.

Fees and charges are reviewed annually and the Governors endeavour to restrict any fee increases to an annual increase effective from September. However, they reserve the right to increase the fees during the School year in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

All fees and charges are subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions; a copy of which, along with details of any of the optional extras, can be obtained from the Fees Administrator.

The current fees and charges are:

Acceptance Deposits

Year 7 Acceptance Deposit £1,000
Year 9 & Sixth Form Acceptance Deposit £1,500
Additional Deposit / Overseas £6,950

Tuition Fees

£6,950 Per Term

Sibling Discount

At Halliford, we believe in strong family values, and in support of that we are delighted to offer a sibling discount to families who have three children enrolled concurrently at the school. The discount of 50% applies to the eldest child’s tuition fees. The discount ceases when the eldest child leaves the School and only two children remain enrolled at the school. Families with more than three children enrolled concurrently at the School will be considered individually by the Bursar.

To make a claim

For a Microsoft Go, please take it in the first instance to the IT Department on the 1st Floor Baker Building. It will be assessed to see if the device is faulty or if it has been accidentally damaged.

  1. If a claim is to be made you will be provided with paperwork to complete from our IT Department via email. You will be responsible for completing this and submitting the claim directly to Marsh at claims@marsh.com. The £25 excess will be deducted automatically from any insurance settlement funds. These will be sent directly to your nominated bank account.
  2. If there is a spare Microsoft Go device available your son/daughter will be loaned a device until the repairs are completed. There is a £25 charge for the loaned device for a four-week period and this will be charged to your next termly invoice.
  3. You can get your Microsoft Go repaired at a reasonable price by logging onto https://account.microsoft.com/devices . Please follow the instructions on this link.
  4. It is your responsibility to send the device for repair.
  5. Once the device is repaired/replaced, please return the loaned device promptly so that this can be loaned out to other students.

For any other claim please contact Deborah Baker directly at fees@hallifordschool.co.uk and paperwork will be provided for you to make the claim directly with the insurers.

If you require any further information, please contact fees@hallifordschool.co.uk
