Sixth Form Admissions

We are delighted that you are considering Halliford Sixth Form. Entry into Sixth Form is based on a satisfactory report from the previous school, an interview and a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 5 or above including English and Mathematics. It is a requirement that students achieve at least a Grade 6 at GCSE in the subjects that they wish to study at A Level. Where a student has not studied the subject at GCSE, for example in Psychology, a grade 6 at GCSE in an equivalent subject must be achieved. The School offers students the opportunity to demonstrate how they can contribute to School life through their abilities in art, drama, music and sport, and candidates can apply to be considered for a scholarship in these subjects.  A limited number of academic scholarships are awarded each year based on GCSE results. To register for a place in the Halliford Sixth Form please complete the Registration Form below together with a non-refundable fee of £125 which is paid by bank transfer (for overseas candidates a registration fee of £150 is required). Please be advised that the application cannot proceed until both the form and payment are received. The bank details are on the last page of the registration form.
