Visit by the Rt Hon Kwasi Kwarteng MP

It was our absolute pleasure to welcome the Rt Hon Kwasi Kwarteng MP to Halliford on Friday 9th October to speak to our A Level Politics and History students. Mr Kwarteng has been the Conservative Member of Parliament for Spelthorne since 2010.
Our Head of Sixth Form, Mr MacLean, organised the session, and our students posed some brilliant questions to Mr Kwarteng ranging from how misinformation and fake news is used to influence politics to the Brexit negotiations. It was great to see our Sixth Formers display their lively interest in politics and current affairs.
A huge thank you to Mr Kwarteng for taking the time to visit us. It was a really enjoyable morning.
