Science Technician required to join a busy Science Department
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Science Technician
Term Time plus up to 10 days to be taken during school holidays.
We are looking to appoint someone with a genuine interest in science who is or can demonstrate that they wish to become a laboratory technician to join our friendly Technicians’ Team to jointly support the 7 Science teaching staff members in the laboratories and preparation areas. Candidates are expected to have a genuine interest in Science with either a preferable knowledge of technician support to A Level Standard or the ability and willingness to be trained to do so. The ability to give technical support for Chemistry/Biology, would be desirable.
Hours of Employment
Term Time: Monday to Friday
Hours: Start 0830 and finish 1630 with a 30 minute break for lunch.
Plus INSET days, Open Days and Examination Day (Saturdays) – in addition to the 10 days.
