Job Description

The position of Director of Teaching and Learning will be a key position in the life of Halliford School. This is a new position to support the needs of our students and to work closely alongside the Deputy Head Academic. The successful individual will need to be a highly visible leader with a detailed understanding of pedagogy who is a truly excellent classroom practitioner. We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic individual to lead staff development and further a culture of continual improvement in both students and staff, with a view to raising our academic achievement and aspiration even higher across this highly successful HMC Day School.
