Reporting to the Headmaster, James Davies, this post offers an excellent opportunity to develop as a senior leader in a successful, rapidly developing school. He or she will bring a track record of successful senior or middle leadership experience, intellectual curiosity and the ability to lead others in developing their subject expertise. Strong interpersonal skills, organisational skills, and a visible, collaborative style are essential.
